The Social Stays That Pay (SSTP) is only available to new social group reservations. This program is not applicable at the following: Zoetry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Impression Resorts & Spas, and Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen as they have their own SSTP program. All reservations must be booked through ALG Vacations Groups to qualify. Not valid for MICE groups as defined by Inclusive Collection's Standard Group Policy. Program applies to all room occupancies, as long as the single rooms do not exceed 30%, of the group's total reservations. If single occupancy rooms surpass 30% those rooms will be considered based on double occupancy. The Social Stays That Pay program is combinable with all existing Institutional Promotions, Deal of the Day, and Add-on Packages, including free wedding packages if criteria is met separately. Social groups are defined as weddings, families, friends, and social gatherings. A group traveling with any purpose associated with a business / organization will result in the cancellation of the Social Group contract. The group will be considered a MICE group and will be referred to the MICE department. If a group’s travel dates overlap two seasons, the terms and conditions will be applicable based on the date in which the group has the largest number of guests checking in. Example: A 50 room group arrives over the span of 2 days. 15 guests check-in on June 8, 2024, 35 guests check-in on June 9, 2024. The terms and conditions along with complimentary rooms and upgrade will be calculated based June 9, High Season, as it is the date where the majority of rooms check-in. **Any non-wedding social group requiring event services may be directed to the hotel's group sales manager and are subject to additional surcharges of applicable.** Inclusive Collection defines MICE Groups (Meetings, Incentives, Corporate, Events) as groups traveling with any purpose associated with a business, even if event space is not required. This includes, but is not limited to the following: meetings, incentive or leisure business travel, conventions or events. Social groups programs are not permissible to be used by MICE groups. Complimentary room nights are calculated daily and are not cumulative. It is not required to have all paid rooms in the same room category in order to receive the complimentary room(s). Complimentary rooms are to be applied to the lowest total value room of any occupancy on each night that qualifies. Complimentary room upgrade applies to the lowest room category booked and for the group's average length of stay. Upgrades are subject to availability and may be limited to specific room categories and exclude certain suite types.One (1), welcome cocktail hour for groups of 10 or more rooms for a maximum of 30 people. The hotel has the right to deny any additional person(s) over 30 people or may allow them to be added for an additional fee per person. Cocktail hour must be requested from the resort at least 45-days prior to arrival. Duration is one hour in a premium location, inclusive of drinks only.
